Newman and Zaccagnino of W&M arrange 1,538 s/f lease renewal
Financial management firm C.H.O. Enterprises, Inc. has renewed its 1,538 s/f space on the fifth floor at 500 Mamaroneck Ave., according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building.
C.H.O. Enterprises, a tenant since 2004, renewed a year in advance of its scheduled lease expiration, for a term of five years.
Newman and senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino represented the landlord in this transaction. The tenant represented itself.
500 Mamaroneck Ave. is a five-story, 285,000 s/f, multi-tenanted office building.
The building, comprising dual "center core" pods, subdivides well for multiple users within each pod, with unit size availabilities as small as 1,100 s/f.
