Buckland Partners Management Co., LLC will move its offices to 500 Mamaroneck Ave. from its current space in Darien, Conn., according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of Malkin Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building.
Buckland Partners will take occupancy of 3,289 s/f on the second floor of 500 Mamaroneck for a term of five years. Malkin Construction will build out the space for the new tenant.
Newman and senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino represented the landlord in this transaction. Matthew Lisk of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
