New book: The Commercial Classroom: Lessons in Commercial and Investment Real Estate Brokerage by Edward Smith Jr.

Commercial real estate instructor and author, Ed Smith, has published another book on commercial and investment real estate brokerage. It is designed to help those new to the industry and to serve as a refresher for experienced agents. "The Commercial Classroom" contains 52 lessons on various facets of brokerage. It starts with how to build a commercial practice and then gets very specific as to what you need to know about listing commercial properties, investment basics and formulas, leases, capital gains taxes, exchanges, marketing and much more.
