Network Title Agency of New York promotes Young to president

Jeni Young

Buffalo, NY Network Title Agency (NTA) of New York has a promoted Jeni Young to president effective immediately. Young was previously general manager.

According to Peter Hunt, chairman and CEO of HUNT Real Estate Corp. and principal owner of NTA, “Jeni has earned her new title. She is a highly intelligent, well-read, diligent and effective leader of our firm and has positioned the  agency to advance to a new level.”

Young joined NTA in 2007 in an entry-level typist position in the Title Insurance department. Over the next 10 years, she moved through every position in the  agency, eventually becoming a title examiner and then office manager. In 2017, Young was appointed general manager following the retirement of her predecessor. Since assuming that role, Young completed the HUNT Real Estate Leadership Development Program.

Young’s focus has always been on efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of title search and insurance products and related services. Prior to the pandemic, Young led the effort at NTA to build a digital archive to speed the title search process. As the pandemic shut down the county clerk’s office and the traditional in-person real estate closing, it became impossible to put closing documents on record. Because of these very limiting circumstances, Young pioneered a solution that provided for an electronic document recording process, which immediately positioned the  agency competitively to gain market share. This was a significant step in the growth trajectory and success of the  agency.

Young attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, majoring in Industrial Design Technology.

Founded in 1984, Network Title Agency is a full-service abstract and title insurance agency.
