Nelik and Condon of Studley rep Accenture in 60,000 s/f lease
Los Angeles-based real estate investor Sonnenblick-Del Rio Norwalk LLC has signed a new 60,000 s/f lease for the entire third floor at their Norwalk Government Center office building project.
The new building tenant is Accenture LLP, the international consulting and management firm. The new lease is for 11 years, and has a total value of $12 million.
The tenant was represented by Liron Nelik and Laurie Condon of Studley. The building was repped by John Biven and Melissa Garcia of CBRE.
