Navarro of Breslin Realty leases 3,500 s/f to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

East Northport, NY According to Breslin Realty, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Restaurant held their grand opening at 4005 Jericho Tpke.

Dairy Queen’s new restaurant is 3,500 s/f, and holds up to 70 seats. The building is newly constructed, with over 125 parking spaces.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a chain of soft serve ice cream and fast food restaurants, with over 6,700 locations in the U.S., Canada, and 20 foreign countries.

In 2013, the Breslin Org.negotiated deals in Massapequa and Levittown for the first new Dairy Queen locations on Long Island since the 1970’s; the chain had been absent from the area since then. In 2015, Breslin arranged a deal to open a third DQ location in Huntington, NY, and arranged a fourth location in Medford, NY that will be opening in 2017. The new East Northport restaurant is Dairy Queen’s fifth Long Island location.
