National Realty & Development leases 60,143 s/f to National Freight

Northeast Business Center, Route 17K - Newburgh, NY

Newburgh, NY According to National Realty & Development Corp., (NRDC) National Freight Inc. (NFI) has signed a 60,143 s/f lease at their Northeast Business Center. The 141-acre industrial corporate park is located on Rte. 17K near the intersection of the NY State Thruway and I-87.

Bob Scherrik, managing director of Cushman & Wakefield Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the tenant and Brian Sekel, executive vice president at NRDC represented the landlord.

“This location is perfect for NFI who was seeking a convenient, centrally located site that could satisfy their logistical requirements. Northeast Business Center is a great fit for all their needs,” said Sekel.

NFI is a privately held fully integrated third-party supply chain solutions provider. The company operates 50 million s/f of warehouse and distribution space, and its company-owned fleet consists of over 3,000 tractors and 12,500 trailers.
