Naparstek joins Marcum & Kliegman as partner

According to Marcum & Kliegman llp, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, Michael Naparstek has joined the firm as a partner in the Quality Control Department in its New York City office. "Michael's experience and breadth of knowledge is a real asset to the firm and our client base, particularly in the context of ever-changing SEC regulations."

With over 25 years of experience in the Public and Private Sectors, Naparstek has worked extensively with mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, stock-based compensation, revenue recognition and derivative issues, as well as public and private equity and debt offerings. In his role as partner, Naparstek will work primarily with SEC clients on technical accounting and reporting compliance issues. He will be responsible for providing analysis on the impact of new technical accounting pronouncements and interpretations, in addition to SEC regulations and staff positions.
