Namdar Realty Group to sell 21,229 s/f office building
According to Namdar Realty Group, their 5-story office building is for sale for $4.83 million. The building contains a regional bank on the ground floor along with other tenants such as a doctor's office, rehab center and a management company. The 21,229 s/f office building is located at 60 E. Industry Court, less than a mile from the Long Island Railroad and the Tanger Outlet Center.
