Albany, NY NAI Platform, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, represented the sale of 2028-2030 Central Ave. by Negri Et al. to Colonie Mini Mart LLC.
Approximately 1.5 acres of visible, high traffic count vacant land on Central Ave, the property has the correct zoning for the buyer’s intended use.
