NAI Platform brokers sale of 23,000 s/f industrial property

NAI Platform has negotiated the sale of an industrial property located at 4 Enterprise Dr. The 23,000 s/f building sits on 1.5 acres, just off of Erie Blvd. The buyer, Independent Pipe and Supply, was represented by Tyler Culberson, an industrial property specialist with NAI Platform. Independent Pipe is headquartered in Canton, Mass., with several locations around the Northeast region. The new facility will house their sales and distribution operations for the Capital Region. Independent Pipe and Supply searched for over one year before locating the right facility that met all their needs. This facility will be the buyer's seventh facility throughout the New England Area. The seller was represented by Michael Dranichak of Huge Realty, LLC. NAI Platform's experienced team includes 17 commercial specialists with approximately 175 years of combined real estate experience. Their professionals have been responsible for some of upstate New York's most significant deals, building a remarkable track record of transactions with an approximate combined dollar value of over $2.2 billion. NAI Platform specializes in office, industrial, land, retail, investment, nonprofit, and multifamily.
