NAI Long Island represents three tenants in office space leasing

Medford, NY NAI Long Island, an office of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm announced that senior director Brian McGuire, negotiated the successful completion of lease agreements for three separate tenants at Brookhaven Professional Center (“BPC”), 3231-3253 Route 112. The transactions collectively involved the leasing of three separate office suites to Home Smart Dynamic Realty, Castle Home Buyers LLC and Rivienne Photography LLC. 

These leases are the latest of several recent major transactions NAI Long Island, as the BPC’s exclusive leasing agent, has represented in this office park, demonstrating a steady demand for commercial space in Central Suffolk County.

Brookhaven Professional Center is a 150,000 s/f office complex located at 3231-3253 Route 112, consisting of 10 single-story, well-maintained office buildings offering non-medical and medical office space ranging from 500 to 7,500 rs/f at competitive leasing rates. Recent improvements include new common areas, roofs, landscaping, signage/lighting and parking lots. Lincoln Property Group, a leading national property management company is the property manager.

BPC offers access to banking, shopping, and restaurants, nearby public transportation and major highways. The Long Island Railroad provides service from Port Jefferson, Patchogue and Medford. The Medford station is approximately 1.5 miles south of the property. The main entrance to the site is on Route 112 approximately one mile north of the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) at Exit 64. The site can also be accessed from Cedarhurst Rd. on the east, which provides access via a secondary north-south route. Interior roadways provide access to the individual buildings and the associated parking.
