NAI Long Island leases 9,800 s/f to Sharin & Lipshie, PC.
NAI Long Island represented Sharin & Lipshie, PC. in a 9,800 s/f office deal. The Garden City firm will soon relocate to The Omni at 333 Earle Ovington Blvd. Carlton Wenz of RexCorp represented the landlord. Sharin & Lipshie, PC. expected to occupy the space by years end.
