NAI Long Island expands with new division: NAI Queens

Melville, NY NAI Long Island is expanding with the formation of a new division–NAI Queens. The division will be specializing in the sale of investment properties in the Queens market, as well as providing other real estate services to Queens clients.

The firm is also welcoming Brian Sarath has joined NAI Queens as a senior director. Previously, Sarath was director of the capital markets group of Massey Knakal, subsequently Cushman & Wakefield, since 2000. To date, he has sold more than 220 buildings and loans with an aggregate value of $620 million. Sarath was featured in Real Estate New York’s 30 Under 30 List in 2007, and was named Top Sales Broker by CoStar Group in 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2012.
