Naeder of Sabre reps SLT Pilates in 1,450 s/f lease at 1085 Northern Boulevard

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the New York metropolitan area's newest retail real estate brokerage, has arranged a lease that will bring SLT Pilates to Roslyn. The Pilates studio leased 1,450 s/f at 1085 Northern Blvd. The studio is expected to open by year-end. Sabre director Melissa Naeder represented the tenant. Paul Amoruso, of Oxford & Simpson Realty Services, represented the landlord, RH East Associates LLC. New York City-based SLT Pilates currently operates studios in midtown Manhattan, SoHo and Water Mill with additional facilities scheduled to open in Short Hills, N.J. and Rye Brook. The studios offer the megaformer/lagree Fitness workout.
