Myles of JF Real Estate brokers 3,600 s/f sale; John Sweeney RE assists

JF Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate brokerage company, recently brokered the purchase of a 3,600 s/f free standing office building, located at 250 Brewerton Rd. The sale price was not disclosed. Paul Myles with JF Real Estate represented ScottTech Integrated Solutions, the buyer. The seller was represented by John Sweeney Real Estate. ScottTech Integrated Solutions offers a selection of material handling and packaging automation solutions that improves the movement of material through manufacturing operations, warehouses and distribution centers.
