Myles and Rogers of JF Real Estate broker sale of 600-620 W. Genesee Street

Paul Myles, sales agent, and Edward Rogers, V.P., both with JF Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, located at 2 Clinton Sq., Syracuse brokered the sale of the former First Presbyterian Church Campus located at 600-620 W. Genesee St. The property consists of a 3 building campus on 2 tax parcels made up of 7000 s/f sanctuary, 10,000 s/f parish house and 15,000 s/f office/school building. The Missio Church purchased the campus which will serve as a place of worship as well as a hub for their outreach programs throughout Onondaga County.
