Murphy of University Hill Realty secures $1.15 million land sale
Dan Murphy of University Hill Realty represented buyer, Penn South Syracuse LLC and seller, D.S. 53-16F Associates in the $1.15 million transaction for .64 acres, which had been the site of an empty office building. The property, which is located just 3 blocks from the Syracuse University campus will be redeveloped with a six-story, 54-unit apartment complex. Work has already begun on the new project which is planned to be ready for occupancy in fall 2016.
