Murphy of ERG sells 2035 Benedict Avenue for $1.1 million
ERG Property Advisors arranged the sale of 2035 Benedict Ave. The property is a two-story vacant building with a 12 car parking lot.
The redevelopment site is zoned for up to 24,000 of buildable s/f and, as of sale, there is a current interest for community use that can increase the total of right of build total to 36,000 s/f. The property sold for $1.1 million. Matthew Murphy, senior associate at ERG Property Advisors, exclusively represented the seller.
