Murphy of ERG Property Advisors closes $1.24 million sale
ERG Property Advisors arranged the sale of 2406-2408 Hoffman St.
This mixed-use property consists of two retail store fronts and three apartments. It is located just off of East 187th St. The apartments and the building are in great condition.
The property is a host to Fordham University's main campus, St. Barnabas Hospital, The NY Botanical Garden, The Bronx Zoo, and the historic Arthur Ave. shopping district. It is prime location for off-campus student housing.
The property was sold to a nearby developer for $1.24 million.
