Muroff Hospitality Group sells Vinehurst Inn & Suites for $1.2 million

 

 

Hammondsport, NY Muroff Hospitality Group handled the sale of Vinehurst Inn & Suites, located at 7988 NY Rte. 54.

The sale price was $1.2 million.

Mitch Muroff of Muroff Hospitality Group represented the seller, Vinehurst Retreat LLC and the Tinta family. Muroff also secured the buyer, Vinehurst Stays LLC and the Kapoor family, in this exclusive listing. The transaction closed on Friday, April 1, 2022.

Vinehurst Inn & Suites has 26 guestrooms and suites, plus an owners home. Located one mile south of Keuka Lake, this landmark property is in the Finger Lakes; home to more than 100 wineries and the fourth most popular wine destination in the United States.
