Manhattan, NY Associate John Muldoon with Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. has been sworn in and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the U.S., marking a milestone in his legal career.
Muldoon is a member of the firm’s litigation department, where he handles all phases of civil litigation on behalf of corporations and individuals. His practice spans a range of matters, including breach of contract disputes, commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure actions, construction litigation, and complex real estate-related disputes.
Since joining Rosenberg & Estis in 2023, Muldoon has built a reputation for thoughtful advocacy and strong litigation skills. His experience also includes prior roles as an associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP, as well as early career positions as a legal intern with the New York City Board of Elections and a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael A. Toto of the New Jersey Superior Court.
Muldoon is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. His admission to the nation’s highest court further reflects his continued professional growth and commitment to excellence in litigation.
