Moss Wellness Workspace expands co-working and private offices

Garden City, NY Moss Wellness Workspace, an exclusive community welcoming local wellness professionals, entrepreneurs, small businesses and remote workers, hosted a ribbon cutting, open house and party celebrating its new co-working and event space.

The event also marked the one year anniversary of the original opening of Moss Wellness Workspace in 2022. The Garden City Chamber of Commerce joined the ribbon cutting.

“We’ve incorporated nature-inspired elements into the space, which fosters wellness on a very basic level,” said Diana Lillo, co-founder of Moss Wellness Workspace. “The intent is to have a wellness vibe to help people be more productive and have less stress.”

The new 2,000 s/f space offers communal workstations, open workspace lounges (OWLs), private lounge with buffet and sink and part time private office for members and guests.

The communal workstation area can be reconfigured to be used for larger events including workshops, seminars, networking for up to 65 people. It builds on the 3,500 s/f co-working space that is home to more than 30 total members and businesses including Recovry PT, Great South Bay Therapy, KC Performance, and Skin Bar NY, among others. That space includes similar co-working and private spaces plus a new room dedicated to podcasting for startup creators.

“I really was looking for a space that incorporated wellness,” said Kenya Crafton, owner of KC Performance, a weight loss and hydration practice. “Garden City is a great place to start a business. And the community aspect is so supportive.”

The event included tours, networking, member meet & greet, discounts for onsite wellness services, food and drinks.
