Real Estate was my first choice and the first and only industry I got into. First job in real estate or allied field: An investment analyst for a leading real estate investment company in Italy. I was involved in real estate acquisitions in Milan and Rome. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I am an investment sales broker and manage a team of professionals focusing on the disposition of investment properties in New York. Right now, we have two offices, but I plan to open new ones in the future. It will be done in a considerate way and we'll pay extreme attention to training and to the quality of our teams. We'd rather be the best than the biggest. Favorite book: The Bible. It is amazing how it shaped and continues to shape western culture. Favorite movie: "Schindler's List" Persons you admire most (outside of family): I admire people that work extremely hard but don't forget to spend time with their family and find a real balance in their life. Key to success: Set for yourself short and medium term goals that are challenging but achievable at the same time and be very ambitious. Never forget to behave ethically and to be a good person. Your reputation is really your most important asset. If you had to choose another vocation what would it be? I can only do what I am passionate about, and this is real estate.
