Dobbs Ferry, NY More than 200 guests gathered at HudCo on August 19th for Big Ideas and Little Bites: A Multi-Chamber Mixer. The evening, hosted by Westchester County and Westchester Catalyst (Westchester Office of Economic Development) brought together chamber members for networking, new connections, and culinary delights.
More than 13 chambers from across Westchester County were represented such as Rivertowns Chamber of Commerce, Mamaroneck Chamber of Commerce, New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce, Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce, Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce, Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce, Sleepy Hollow Tarrytown Chamber of Commerce, Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, Tuckahoe Chamber of Commerce, Harrison Chamber of Commerce, Armonk Chamber Of Commerce, Scarsdale Business Alliance, Greenburgh Chamber of Commerce, Larchmont Chamber of Commerce, Port Chester Chamber of Commerce, Rye Brook Chamber of Commerce, Rye City Chamber of Commerce and Pelham Chamber of Commerce
Special guests who spoke at the event included county executive Ken Jenkins, congressman George Latimer, and mayor Vincent Rossillo.

As I spend much of my time traveling to Chamber meetings and events across the County, it was my pleasure to bring everyone together in my village.”
Jenkins said “Guests were invited to bring and showcase their favorite dishes while sampling foods from across the region. From savory wings and fresh salads to flavorful wraps and sweet treats, that reflected Westchester’s diversity and creativity. Beechmont Tavern provided a tray of wings to the New Rochelle Chamber, adding to the spirit of sharing and community.
The tasting tables not only offered delicious food but also became conversation starters, sparking meaningful exchanges that extended beyond business and into personal connections. Special thanks go to the chambers and members who contributed dishes, helping to make the evening a true celebration of flavors.
