Mordekhai of FPP Realty Services sells 112-room halfway house to Nexgen Hotels

Long Island City, NY 9-02 38^th Ave., for $26,643,750. This former 112-room LQ Hotel, now operating as a halfway house, has been net leased to Housing Works, a leading NYC non-profit operator.

The purchaser is Nexgen Hotels, and the sellers were Dr. Abe Mendel and Steven Mendel of RiverBrook Hospitality. The sale was facilitated through the Ten-X. Special thanks to David Levi, Samuel Gelman, and the entire Ten-X team for their assistance.
