* The sale of 4747 Bronx Blvd. for $2.75 million. The property is a 44,000 s/f two-story warehouse on the Bronx-Westchester border. FPP was the only broker on the transaction. The seller was Kew Properties LLC and the buyer was 4747 Bronx Boulevard Realty LLC. This was an all-cash transaction.
* The sale of 798 Southern Blvd. for $1.35 million. The property is a four-story vacant commercial building with 1st floor retail. FPP was the only broker on this transaction. This was a commercial REO. The property was a foreclosed vacant commercial building. The buyer was an LLC.
