Moody’s to move headquarters to Brookfield Place

Manhattan, NY Fried Frank is advising Moody’s Corp. (Moody’s) on its leasing agreement with Brookfield Place to relocate its global headquarters to 200 Liberty St.at Brookfield Place. The move, which is expected to be completed in 2027, will occupy approximately 460,000 s/f across multiple floors of the 40-story building, strengthening Moody’s ongoing evolution and commitment to creating world-class workspaces that enhance how teams collaborate and serve customers. The move is also the latest action in Moody’s global office enhancement program.

This transaction is a continuation of Fried Frank’s work advising market-leading companies on significant commercial leasing agreements.

The Fried Frank team is led by real estate partners Jonathan Mechanic and Valerie Kelly and includes real estate associate Catherine Bushong; real estate of counsel Franz Rassman; real estate special counsel Jessica Mayes; as well as real estate associates Aya Itani, Meredith Johnson, Samuel Grubner and Chris Liu.
