Monroe Roadways awarded contract for 112-unit The Cloisters

Monroe Roadways, one of Rochester's leading site construction experts, was awarded the contract for site construction services at an existing 112-unit senior apartment complex located at 20-30 Westgate Ave. Known as The Cloisters, Monroe Roadways is providing improvements to the existing drainage systems and replacing the parking lots and signage, while the existing buildings receive modernization and ADA compliance upgrades. Monroe is working with Nathaniel General Contractors on the project. Work is currently underway, with completion slated for this fall. "Monroe Roadways is proud to work with Nathaniel General Contractors on this project," said Monroe Roadways president, Jeff Taylor. "As we strive to accommodate the special needs of the growing senior population, it is important to modernize and increase accessibility of existing buildings such as those at The Cloisters."
