Mojo Stumer wins three awards at 51st Annual Long Island AIA Awards

West Side Terrace project. West Side Terrace project.

Greenvale, NY Mojo Stumer Associates has received three new design awards at the 51st Annual Long Island AIA Awards (ARCHI). These projects were the winners this AIA Competition.

Mojo Stumer’s three winning projects included:

• AIA Archi Small Project: West Side Terrace.

• AIA Archi Interior Award: Dayani Dental.

• Archi Unbuilt Award: Modern Barn.

Although West Side Terrace is not truly an architectural project, we applied the same thinking of modern design as we do in our architecture to this amazing terrace done in collaboration with the talented landscape architects, Town & Gardens. The result of our modern architecture and their remarkable plantings create a truly unique experience.

Dayani Dental is the new endodontics office located in Manhattan New York. Dr. Dayani wanted a modern facility but that would still be light filled, open and comfortable and welcoming to his patients.  His vision was for a very open space, visible to his patients while still providing patient privacy for procedures. They incorporated a unique modern design in order to accomplish the program and reach his philosophy.

Modern Barn’s basic concept is to create a smaller and more affordable living alternate in the Hamptons or any summer resort area in the northeast. Their concept was to create a clean and contemporary lifestyle housed within a barn-like atmosphere but with modern detailing.

Mojo Stumer now has a total of 79 Awards and various AIA Awards.
