Mojo Stumer to design office renovations for Mack Real Estate Group and Related Companies at the Time Warner Building

Mojo Stumer Associates (MSA) is designing the office renovation for Mack Real Estate Group (formerly known as Area Property Investors) in the Time Warner Building, located at 10 Columbus Cir. MSA, at the same time, is also designing the new reception area for the Related Companies' offices to accommodate their office expansion for the new Hudson Yards projects. The two offices share the same floor and adjoin each other. Work on the two spaces has commenced. The completion date is early summer of this year. Both reception areas will utilize similar materials, white marble mahogany, stainless steel, white back-painted glass and custom lighting systems. Although the materials are shared, the offices have two separate atmospheres reflecting the philosophy and function of the two companies.
