Miyake of Cassidy Turley leases 5,400 s/f office to SHINDO USA
According to Cassidy Turley, SHINDO USA, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SHINDO Senikogyo Co. Ltd of Japan, has signed a ten-year lease for 5,400 s/f to expand their retail showroom and offices at 469 Seventh Ave.
SHINDO USA will occupy the mezzanine, basement and part of the ground floor.
"We were pleased to have assisted SHINDO USA, Inc. in their relocation," said Junji Miyake, VP at Cassidy Turley. "At 469 Seventh Ave., SHINDO USA will be able to expand their retail showroom space and offices as well as reduce their annual occupancy cost."
