Milio is president of Trion Real Estate Management LLC, a property management company that recently celebrated its 35th anniversary. He is also founder and chief investment officer of Trion Holdings LLC, a platform for acquiring undervalued and value-added multifamily properties throughout the tristate area.

“As the current president of Trion Real Estate Management and the former chair of the BI-BRI Apartment Owners Advisory Council, I have worked closely every day with professionals at every level of the industry - managers, owners, board members and contractors,” he said. “Forging and strengthening these professional and personal connections has always been a key force driving Trion’s incredible record of growth and success, and that’s something I plan to bring to BI-BRI.”

Albert A. Annunziata, executive director of Builders Institute/Building and Realty Institute in the announcement called Milio “one of the most energetic, enthusiastic persons in this industry.
