MGM Islandwide Realty, Inc. has arranged the leasing for 1,750 s/f retail at 895 Montauk Hwy. in the Great South Bay Shopping Center. Yo Luv It, a self serve frozen yogurt concept with original recipes designed by Steve Mistrini expects to have heavy "dairy" foot traffic in this busy shopping center location, owned by Mall Properties, Inc., real estate developers. The deal was brokered by Michele Michael, director of commercial sales and leasing for MGM and Brian Schuster of Ripco Real Estate Corp.
