Manage a staff of 3 employees specializing in arranging commercial real estate financing for domestic and international projects, including condo-conversions, apartments, office buildings, RV parks, churches, SBA loans, retail and strip malls, industrial buildings, special purpose buildings, land with development plans, i.e., any hard asset that has or will have a cash flow. Originated, structured and closed 19 commercial real estate loans totaling more than $26 million for our clients in the last 20 months.
