* A 7,500 s/f class A office lease at 500 Mamaroneck Ave. New York Commercial Realty Group represented the tenant, Class Action Refund, LLC. Jeff Newman and Kim Zaccagnino represented ownership Malkin Properties.
* A 8,000 s/f warehouse lease at 149-151 Cortlandt St. in Sleepy Hollow. The tenant is a local bakery. New York Commercial Realty Group was the sole broker.
