Metzger of TL Metzger & Associates reps landlord in 39,900 s/f lease
Auburn Armature, Inc (AAI), an electrical equipment re-manufacturing and distribution company in WNY, will be opening a new location at 875 Broadway. The company signed a lease for 39,900 s/f of office and warehouse/distribution space.
Tracy Metzger of TL Metzger & Associates, LLC represented the landlord and The Bell Group represented the tenant.
