• Nicholas Romano of Metro Realty Services sold 5.02 acres industrial land in Calverton to Calverton Fields LLC for $2 million. Romano represented both the seller, Robert Birnbaum, and buyer.
• Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services sold a 9,500 s/f unit at 701-6 Koehler Ave. in Ronkonkoma to KB Joint Ventures LLC for $900,000. Hackett represented both the seller, Sarah Maria Realty Inc., and buyer.
• Hackett and Andrew Blumenthal of Metro Realty Services sold 13,500 s/f at 225 N Fehr Way in Bay Shore to Jatobe Realty LLC for $2.05 million. Hackett and Blumenthal represented both the seller, R&T Holding Company, and the buyer.
• Hackett and Michael Pisciotta of Metro Realty Services leased 5,000 s/f at 333 Wyandanch Ave. in West Babylon to Tri State Signs & Awnings. Hackett and Pisciotta represented both the tenant and the landlord.
• Hackett and Pisciotta leased 2,500 s/f at 65-C Burt Dr. in Deer Park to Henriquez Construction Corp.Hackett and Pisciotta represented landlord while Ryan Korzekwinski of Alliance represented the buyer.
