Metro Realty Services, LLC, a Farmingdale-based commercial real estate firm, closed the following 14 deals during the 3rd quarter/early 4th quarter of this year: * Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty has sold 6,000 s/f at 79 Cedarhurst Ave., Medford to 79 Cedarhurst Ave, LLC. Hackett represented the buyer and the seller. The price was not disclosed. * Rick Falco and Hackett of Metro Realty completed a 3,000 s/f lease at 172C Cabot St., West Babylon to Artisan Glazing. Falco and Hackett represented the tenant and the landlord. * Falco and Hackett completed a 6,000 s/f lease at 31 Lamar St., West Babylon to Statewide Installations. Falco and Hackett represented the tenant and the landlord. * Mark Timpone of Metro Realty completed a 13,000 s/f lease at 2558 N Jerusalem Rd., N. Bellmore, to Countywide Building Supply. Timpone represented the tenant and the landlord. * Nick Romano and Hackett of Metro Realty have sold a 10,000 s/f space at 1026 Jericho Tpke., Huntington Station, to JS Jericho Realty, LLC. Romano and Hackett represented the buyer and the seller. The price was not disclosed. * Andy Blumenthal of Metro Realty has sold 12,000 s/f at 74-80 Marine St., Farmingdale, to CCP Solutions.
