Metro Realty leases 14,600 s/f total, facilitates two sales totaling $1.14 million

 

 

 

Ronkonkoma, NY Metro Realty Services completed the following:

Nicholas Romano of Metro Realty Services, LLC leased 9,600 s/f at 700 Union Pkwy. Romano represented the landlord, Harkins & Assoc. and Gary Chimeri of Paramount Properties Group LLC represented the tenant, Goldman Pharmaceutical Group, LLC.

Jeremy Hackett and Robert Misa of Metro Realty Services, LLC sold 3,520 s/f at 40 Burt Dr. in Deer Park to Geidue Inc. for $640,000. Hackett and Misa represented both the purchaser and the seller, 65 Burt Drive LLC.

Hackett sold 3,000 s/f at 152-1 Remington Blvd. to Molo Realty, LLC for $500,000. Hackett represented both the purchaser and the seller, SREE Holdings, Inc.

Misa represented the tenant, Eclipse Visuals, as well as the landlord, Washington & Grant, in the 5,000 s/f lease of industrial space at 9-11 Grant Ave. in Bayshore.
