Messineo of Island Associates reps. Franklin Market for 8,000 s/f; Delisle of IA acts for Chase Manhattan in lease extension

John Messineo, a commercial agent at Island Associates recently represented Franklin Market in its expansion. Franklin Market took 8,000 s/f at 675 Hempstead Tpke., located across from Walgreens. Franklin Market specializing in Italian foods formerly of Malvern Market. The aggregate rental is worth $2.3 million. Island Associates represented landlord and tenant. Island Associates also negotiated a new lease extension with Chase Manhattan bank located at 640 Franklin Ave. this Chase site was acquired thru their merger with Dime Savings Bank. Chase is joined with CVS Drugs and Starbucks at this location. Roger Delisle represented the landlord.
