Messineo of Island Associates brokers $725,000 sale; 7,800 s/f building to be renovated into pharmacy

John Messineo of Island Associates has brokered the sale of the former Auto Barn on Hempstead Tpke. for $725,000. Building consist of 7,800 s/f located at the south/west corner of Hempstead Turnpike and Madison St. will be the new home for a new pharmacy. The purchasers will be renovating the existing building inclusive of new façade, gutting existing building to accommodate the new Franklin Square Pharmacy with two additional satellite stores to be leased. Site offers municipal parking with proximity to the store entrance with over 150 ft. of storefront on Hempstead Tpke. Island Associates exclusively representing both seller and purchaser in this transaction.
