Message from the CEO of Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors: “Split” happens - by Eliezer Rodriguez

What are you doing on March 5, 2019? You want to “roll” with The Bronx Manhattan North Association of Realtor (BMNAR) for two and one half hours? If so, our next event is right up your “alley.” The chairman of this event, James Coleman from Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC, and I know we all have busy schedules and “split” happens. However, if you can find some “spare” time, I guarantee you will have a “bowl” of fun at a “Night of Bowling with BMNAR.”

Dig out and dust off your bowling shoes and ball and join us. This all-inclusive package was put together just for you! Each bowler will be escorted to a luxurious reserved section of the venue for you to sit and “strike” up conversations by an open fireplace. An assortment of refreshments, beer and wine and grub for 2½ hours of bowling. The DJ music in the background, the special selected television programs, arcade games, photo booth and much more, will make your “Bowling Night with BMNAR” memorable. All of this for the low price of $150.

Keep your “balls” out of the “gutter” and get ready to spend an evening with members of the real estate world. Increase your business by networking with our lane-sponsoring-management-companies and affiliates. Come out and let the “pins” fall where they may. Be aggressive. The more “strikes” you get the better off you are. If you do not get a “strike,” “spare” me as I will be juggling a lot of “balls” that evening.

A variety of sponsorships are available. If you want to “roll” in your own lane, sponsor it. A lane sponsorship is $1,500 and it includes four bowlers, name of sponsor printed on all promotional materials, a prominent sign displayed, and advertising printed in the handout. Thank you to last year’s sponsor for helping to make the event a success: Sprague Energy; Bentley James LLC; Chatam Management Co., Inc.; D&Amp;D Elevator; Langsam Property Services Corp.; Sandra Erickson RE; Coder & Company CPAs; Wolinetz Mgmt. LLC; Jerome Associates; Masters Exterminating; and Hutchinson Metro Center. A big thank you and shout out goes to Freedom Mortgage for being our King Pin Sponsor.

Before signing off, if you are a Realtor, a Realtor by definition is a real estate professional with a membership in any Realtor Association, with an office in The Bronx and/or Upper Manhattan, but your membership is not with BMNAR, did you know you can join BMNAR as a secondary Board? BMNAR is your local Realtor home and your dues will help “us” fight to preserve the American dream of home ownership for “our” neighbors. Let me remind you “there is no place like home.”

For more information about a “Night of Bowling with BMNAR” and/or wanting a membership application, please call 718-892-3000. Remember, it’s not how you bowl, it’s how you roll. Roll with BMNAR on March 5th. One last thing, what happens at the bowling alley, stays at the bowling alley!

Eliezer Rodriguez, Esq. is the chief executive officer of The Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors, Bronx, N.Y.
