Meshil of Royal Properties secures 3,785 s/f long-term lease for PulseMD Urgent Care

Mahopac, NY According to Royal Properties, Inc., PulseMD Urgent Care signed a long-term lease for 3,785 s/f at Lake Plaza, 981 Route 6.

“PulseMD Urgent Care is a great addition to the property, exemplifying the continued improvement to the tenant mix. This brings another quality tenant that will further strengthen Lake Plaza, as the premier shopping center in Mahopac,” said Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc, who was the sole broker for this transaction.

Lake Plaza is a 167,739 s/f redeveloped shopping center anchored by Stop & Shop and Ocean State Job Lot. Other co-tenants include Dollar Tree (coming soon), Key Bank, NAPA (coming soon), Concept Nail, Millstone Wine & Spirits, Milk2 Ice Cream, Steakhouse & Asian Fusion Restaurant, D’Berto Pizza and more. This center provides visibility along Route 6 with traffic counts averaging 17,750 cars per day, parking for 716 vehicles, and signaled access at the entrance. Neighboring retailers include ACME, Tops Supermarket, ShopRite, CVS, Dunkin’, Domino’s, The UPS Store, AutoZone, Wallauer’s, Freight Liquidators, Rite Aid, and many more. Royal Properties is the exclusive broker for Lake Plaza.
