Royal Properties, Inc. has signed two new leases totaling 4,400 s/f in Fairgrounds Plaza at 360 Rte. 211 East.
JD Sports Bar has signed a 10-year lease with a five-year option for 2,400 s/f. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. has signed a five-year lease with a five-year option for 2,000 s/f.
Scott Meshil and Jeanine Kemm of Royal Properties represented the landlord and the tenants on both deals.
Fairgrounds Plaza is a 200,000 s/f shopping center that has a mix of national and local tenants such as Rent-A-Center, Subway, Colandrea Pizza King, Jumpin' Jakes, Studio Ayo Fitness, Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, Superland Children's Entertainment Center, Prime Scuba and many more.
