Meshil and Kemm of Royal Properties lease 4,400 s/f

Royal Properties, Inc. has signed two new leases totaling 4,400 s/f in Fairgrounds Plaza at 360 Rte. 211 East. JD Sports Bar has signed a 10-year lease with a five-year option for 2,400 s/f. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. has signed a five-year lease with a five-year option for 2,000 s/f. Scott Meshil and Jeanine Kemm of Royal Properties represented the landlord and the tenants on both deals. Fairgrounds Plaza is a 200,000 s/f shopping center that has a mix of national and local tenants such as Rent-A-Center, Subway, Colandrea Pizza King, Jumpin' Jakes, Studio Ayo Fitness, Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, Superland Children's Entertainment Center, Prime Scuba and many more. "Both tenants chose Fairgrounds Plaza because of its' ideal location on Rte. 211 in the heart of Middletown's best retail corridor. The strong mix of tenants keep the center busy morning through the evening hours," said Kemm.
