Merrell of Island Associates sells
13,400 s/f warehouse for $3.8 million

609 Acorn Street - Deer Park, NY

Deer Park, NY Island Associates Real Estate Inc. negotiated the sale of a prime industrial warehouse located at 609 Acorn St. in the town’s industrial district.

The transaction closed at a purchase price of $3.8 million.

The property, a well-maintained 13,400 s/f industrial facility situated on a full acre, will be delivered vacant — offering the buyer an opportunity for immediate occupancy or custom build-out to suit operational needs.

Jason Merrell of Island Associates negotiated the deal and represented the buyer throughout the transaction.

The seller was represented by Mario Asaro of Industry One.

The sale underscores the continued strength of the Long Island industrial market.

“This was a win-win for both parties,” said Merrell. “The buyer secured a solid asset in a high-demand market, while the seller benefited from the strong pricing we were able to achieve.”

Island Associates continues to play a key role in shaping the commercial landscape of Long Island, providing expert representation for both investors and property owners across the region.
