Meridian negotiates six deals totaling $33.6 million

Meridian Capital Group, LLC has completed the following six deals totaling $33.6 million: * A new $8.3 million mortgage was placed by Meridian on three multifamily buildings totaling 129-units on Ocean Pkwy. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.5% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Avi Weinstock. * A new $5.5 million mortgage for a 29-unit, five-story mixed-use building on West 57th St. The loan features a rate of 3.63% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Scott Assouline and Jacob Nefoussi. * Three new mortgages totaling $8.25 million were placed by Meridian on a 59-unit, six-story multifamily building and two, 35-unit, four-story multifamily buildings, all located on Ocean Ave. in Brooklyn. These loans feature rates of 3.5% and 10-year terms. These transactions were negotiated by Weinstock. * A new $3.5 million mortgage for a 16-unit, five-story mixed-use building on Rivington St. The loan features a rate of 3.5% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Cary Pollack. * A new $5.5 million mortgage was placed by Meridian on a 29-unit, five-story mixed-use building on West 57th St. The loan features a rate of 3.63% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Assouline and Nefoussi. * A new $2.5 million mortgage for a 28-unit, six-story multifamily building on Caton Ave. The loan features a rate of 3.75% and a 10-year term.
