Meridian Capital negotiates six new mortgages totaling $47.7 million; Includes a $20 million loan for a 12-story building by Hayum

Meridian Capital Group, LLC, has arranged six mortgages totaling $47.7 million. The deals include the following: * A new mortgage of $10.1 million was placed by Meridian on a 76-unit, 10-story multifamily building on Lafayette Ave. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.75% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Scott Assouline. * A new mortgage in the amount of $20 million on a 12-story office building on West 35th St. The loan features a rate of 5.94% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by David Hayum. * A new mortgage of $5.3 million was placed by Meridian on a 20-unit, six-story mixed-use building on East 2nd St. The loan features a rate of 4.50% and a 10-year term. The deal was negotiated by Assouline. * A new package of mortgages totaling $5.15 million on a six building multifamily portfolio totaling 360 units in Bronx and Manhattan. The loans feature rates of 4.5% and seven-year terms. These transactions were negotiated by David Zlotnick and Chaim Tessler. * A new mortgage of $4.8 millionwas placed by Meridian on a 72-unit, six-story multifamily building on Ocean Ave. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 4.75% and a seven-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Jacob Schmuckler. * A new mortgage of $2.35 million on a 43-unit, six-story multifamily building on Frisby Ave. in the Bronx The loan features a rate of 4.25% and a five-year term.
