Meridian Capital Group negotiates $59.1 million in financing for office and multifamily properties

Meridian Capital Group, LLC have negotiated the following financing deals totaling $59.1 million: * A new package of mortgages totaling $15.9 million on four multifamily buildings composed of 201 units located in Brooklyn and N.Y.C. The loans feature rates of 3.25% and 10-year terms. Morris Diamant of Meridian negotiated these deals. * A new mortgage of $27 million was placed by Meridian on a 77,850 s/f office building on West 40th St. The loan features a rate of 4% and 10-year term. Avi Weinstock and Chaim Tessler of Meridian negotiated this deal. * A new mortgage in the amount of $8.8 million on two multifamily buildings totaling 132 units located on Merrick Blvd. in Jamaica. The loan features a rate of 3.63% and a 10-year term. Weinstock and Josh Rhine of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * A new mortgage of $3.2 million was placed by Meridian on a 45-unit, five-story multifamily building on Holland Ave. in the Bronx.
