Meridian Capital Group negotiates $31.125 million in financing; Rhine arranges $13.675 million mortgage for 34-unit building

Meridian Capital Group, LLC, one of the leading national commercial real estate finance and advisory firms, arranged the following transactions totaling $31.125 million: * A new mortgage of $13.675 million was placed by Meridian on a five-story, 34-unit multifamily building on Park Ave. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.10% and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Josh Rhine. * A new mortgage in the amount of $7.5 million on a six-story, 84-unit multifamily building on Van Kleeck St. in Elmhurst. The loan features a rate of 3.63% and a seven-year term. Chaim Tessler negotiated this transaction. * A new mortgage of $6 million on a five-story, 35-unit multifamily building on West 106th St. The loan features a rate of 3.75% and a seven-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Judah Hammer and Sam Shifer. * A new mortgage of $2.5 million on a four-story, 38-unit multifamily building on Sterling St. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.33% and a 10-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Alan Friedman and Daniel Blumenthal. * A new mortgage in the amount of $1.45 million on a four-story, eight-unit multifamily building on Hull Ave. in Bronx. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a five-year term. Isaac Filler and Shifer negotiated this transaction.
